Justine Dallaire is committed to a vision of housing where dignity and humanity are at the heart of projects. With a background as a clinical nurse specializing in health network administration, she worked across several Montreal CIUSSS institutions, which allowed her to develop a keen and well-rounded understanding of the social challenges facing the region.

Recognized for her collaborative leadership, Justine has built her expertise by working directly in the heart of communities to meet the needs of the most vulnerable populations. Whether through implementing innovative care models or advancing home-based care, she always seeks to transform structures so that they better reflect and serve the needs of the people they are meant for. In joining the board of directors, she wants to put her strategic sense and her solid knowledge of the field toward creating living environments that are inclusive, sustainable and rooted in the needs of the community.

Francis Tanguay Durocher is an architect and head of real estate development and strategy at STGM. He previously served as managing director of Entremise, a social economy organization specializing in the temporary use of vacant buildings, where he helped pioneer this innovative practice across Quebec. An expert in the repurposing and retrofitting of existing buildings, he integrates innovative approaches such as transitory occupancy and architectural permanence, placing experimentation and community engagement at the core of his transformation approach. Today, he is working to enhance the existing built environment by advocating for its reuse through the evolution of standards and regulations.

Mehdi Hanahem is an associate lawyer and founder at 71 Legal, a Montreal-based firm specializing in business law, commercial law, venture capital, and corporate law for emerging companies. A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2015, Mehdi practices primarily in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on venture capital, restructuring, and the operational needs of high-growth emerging companies. His practical advice and entrepreneurial approach help clients build sustainable businesses across diverse sectors such as food and beverage, technology, consumer products, and B2B services.

Dominic brings nearly fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining Oktodev, he held various positions at Ivanhoé Cambridge, where he notably served as Chief of Staff to the President and Chief Executive Officer, supporting operations and strategy on an international scale. Deeply involved in the business community, Dominic puts his expertise to work for initiatives aimed at making real estate development more sustainable and inclusive, particularly through his involvement in the non-profit side of real estate development, focused on affordable housing. Passionate about innovation and collaboration, he is interested in how the private sector can contribute to solutions with social impact. Dominic holds a Master of Business Administration (Real Estate) from Université Laval in Quebec City.

Melvin Buquerente believes that housing is a fundamental human right. A trained social worker, he works with children and families in vulnerable situations, with a particular focus on youth transitioning into adulthood. Throughout his career, he has witnessed firsthand the positive effects of safe and affordable housing on a person's physical and mental well-being. As a manager at Santé Québec Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal Universitaire, he collaborates with the Regional Public Health Directorate on initiatives aimed at preventing youth homelessness. He brings extensive expertise in social issues, the inner workings of the health and social services system, as well as strong connections with CLSCs, hospitals, and community organizations. By joining the board of directors, Melvin hopes to improve the housing reality in Quebec by sharing the experiences of marginalized populations and finding creative, inclusive solutions tailored to the needs of the community.
