Real estate, a lever for
social transformation.
Real estate in the service of the common good
Équité Collective is a social and solidarity economy company determined to develop and support affordable and off-market housing projects in Quebec.
It designs and supports quality collective real estate projects that are accessible and viable over time — rooted in the real needs of communities and contributing to the emergence of sustainable real estate practices in Québec.
Faced with a housing crisis marked by market pressure and land scarcity, we believe the social economy is an essential lever — but that it must rely on proven land, financial and operational tools to respond to the urgency.
In a context where market dynamics largely dictate access to housing, rethinking traditional models has become essential.
Collective equity acts as a structuring player in Québec's collective real estate sector. We intervene at every stage of projects — from structuring to management — with sustained attention to risk management, quality of delivery and the sustainability of business models.

Our values
We affirm that every person has the right to quality, safe and accessible housing. This principle guides all of our decisions — land, financial, architectural and operational — and reflects a collective responsibility that goes far beyond the simple delivery of projects.
We mobilize proven expertise, methods and execution capabilities to secure and accelerate the development of off-market housing projects — ensuring accessibility, maintaining affordability and durably preserving their social purpose.
We act as strategic partners to community organizations — reducing risks, structuring adapted financial models and facilitating land access, to strengthen the capacity of project leaders to design, deliver and manage complex real estate projects.
We believe it is necessary to reclaim real estate and financial tools in service of the common good — by limiting individual enrichment, sharing created value and anchoring projects in collective, transparent and accountable governance frameworks.
Beyond the production of housing, we develop projects that support the vitality of cities and communities — promoting mixed uses, architectural quality, rehabilitation of existing buildings and local rootedness.
